Lactose Intolerance or Low Thyroid?

For all you beauties who think you might be lactose intolerant bear in mind, lactose intolerance indicates that the intestines are no longer producing lactase.
While many nutrition gurus believe this is an indication that the human race was never supposed to drink milk, it is more likely that low metabolism, reduced thyroid function, progesterone deficiency and/or even bacterial infections is responsible.
