When it comes to detox, I recommend sticking to gluten-free grains if not totally avoiding them for the detox period but those who discover they have a sensitivity to gluten often find it challenging to give up their favorite foods and even more challenging to find tasty substitutes. Living gluten-free doesn’t have to be a death sentence for your taste buds but having a sense of humor during the adjustment period sure helps!
